I'm Taylor Collins, a visual artist and writer, living on the Delaware part of  the Delmarva Peninsula.  I grew up on the Virginia part known as the Eastern Shore and consider myself a Delmarvaean having been an artist since the 1980s.  I have published many signed and numbered prints  over the years as well as original art work.  You can view all works currently for sale in my on-line gallery both here and in Etsy.  My favorite subjects are local events, the Amish, and rural life.  The same subjects are captured in my poetry and other writings with the additional aspect of my philosophy on life.  As an avid journal writer, I offer workshops and speak on various topics about living with the focus on creativity.

"A First for the First"

A New Image Commissioned in 2013  by Delaware's NPR Ration Station, WDDE 91.1 FM to celebrate their first Anniversary in Delaware.  Promotional pieces are available (which are tax deductible) by visiting them at description page.  I can design your promotional pieces based on your event or activity.  My speciality is the Folk Art style.

A line of notecards is available.  Shown is a section of Dover's Historic "The Green" area.  This card is a standard size and is available individually or in packs of 5.

Work in Progress  "The Volunteers"

This is my newest work and will be available this summer.  It features a carnical that used to be held in a lot of small towns by the local volunteer fire department.  All the friends and neighbors gathered there to ride the fun rides, play bingo and take chances on the exciting raffle.  The one featured is the Onancock Carnival from the Eastern Shore of Virginia.  It no longer exists.

This site is currently being updated as big changes are occuring in my business plan.  Please revisit; until then, you may view Taylor's work at Etsy
